The APLP is a graduate certificate program combining the development of regional expertise with the enhancement of individual leadership capacity. Based at the East-West Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, the program is creating a network of dynamic leaders from around the world who are familiar with the critical issues and cultures of the Asia Pacific region and trained to work collaboratively. The Program includes intensive coursework and field studies in Hawaii, the mainland United States (Washington, D.C.) and Asia.
